HOW IT WORKS

Slide 1/10 First, the object to be digitized is positioned on the turntable inside the system. Special know-how is not required for this process step. Slide 2/10 Each system is delivered with an iPad, which is used to control the entire system. The scan is started on this. Slide 3/10 Now the 3D scanning system captures the scan object with different sensors from all sides while the turntable rotates around its central axis. Slide 4/10 After the acquisition, the scanner asks the operator to tilt the object by 90° on the turntable so that previously invisible areas of the scan object can be captured by the system’s sensors. In a handful of minutes, the entire acquisition of your product is complete. Slide 5/10 Our patented algorithms create a digital image of the object to be digitized from the different types of measurement data. Thanks to the different sensors, each of the geometry-forming processes can show its strengths, which leads to an optimal digital twin of your product. Slide 6/10 Since we only want to deliver 100% perfect digital twins of your products to you, our employees subject every single digital object to a final quality control. Slide 7/10 It is important to us that you only receive digital models from us with an incomparable richness of detail and an outstanding surface texture - especially with natural materials. Slide 8/10 After a short time, the object will be available in our 3D cloud for use on your website or in your online shop. You can also copy numerous links for integration directly for each object and paste them into the desired shop / CMS system. You can also download the object directly in various formats. Slide 9/10 The possible uses of the digital twins of your products are incredibly manifold. Through constant technological development, we ensure that you can use your once digitized product in almost any context. Today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Slide 10/10 One of the most exciting possible uses is the option to animate the digital copies of your products. By doing this you can get your customers excited about your products and explain the most complex functions in a way that would never be possible otherwise.
